Opportunity moved to the mapped stage

GoHighLevel is the record. Underfive does the conversation.

A CRM is only as accurate as the last person who updated it. When the inbox agent handles the reply, it also handles the stage change, so the board reflects what actually happened in the thread.

1 calendar

Booked straight into GoHighLevel

Connect your GoHighLevel calendar and the agent offers real free slots from it, then books the appointment there and adds the lead as a contact. Bookings sync back automatically.

1 pipeline

Per inbox agent

Each inbox agent is tied to one Opportunity pipeline. Run a sales agent on your sales pipeline and a reactivation agent on your reactivation pipeline, each with its own stage mapping.

Manual stage drags

When the agent classifies a reply as Interested or books a meeting, it moves the opportunity to the stage you mapped. Your GoHighLevel board stays accurate without anyone touching it.

Setup takes under 5 minutes

Connected in three steps

One API key, one pipeline per agent, your stage names.

1 Connect

Connect your calendar and your pipeline

Connect your GoHighLevel calendar in one click, choose the sub-account and the booking calendar. For pipeline sync, paste the API key from the same sub-account and Underfive loads its Opportunity pipelines.

  • GoHighLevel calendar connected with OAuth
  • Pipelines and stages pulled in automatically
  • Agencies connect each client sub-account to its own workspace

On each inbox agent, pick the Opportunity pipeline it should keep in sync. Then map two moments to your stages: a qualified reply, and a booked meeting. Your stage names, your pipeline.

The agent replies and the CRM follows

When a lead replies, the inbox agent classifies it, answers in under 5 minutes, and moves the opportunity to your qualified stage. When the meeting is booked on your GoHighLevel calendar, the opportunity moves to your booked stage on its own.

  • Opportunity moved the moment the reply is classified
  • Meeting booked moves the deal to your booked stage
  • Thread, contact, and opportunity stay linked

GoHighLevel integration FAQ

Everything people ask before connecting.

How do I connect GoHighLevel to Underfive?

Open Integrations in Underfive, choose GoHighLevel, and paste the API key from your GoHighLevel sub-account. Underfive links to that sub-account and loads its Opportunity pipelines and stages.

Can the agent book into my GoHighLevel calendar?

Yes. Connect your GoHighLevel calendar, pick the sub-account and booking calendar, and the agent offers real free slots from it and books appointments there. Availability stays managed in GoHighLevel, and bookings sync back automatically.

Which pipeline does the agent update?

The one you choose on the inbox agent. Each agent is tied to a single Opportunity pipeline, so you can run different agents on sales, onboarding, reactivation, or any custom pipeline in the sub-account.

How does stage mapping work?

On the agent, map two moments to stages in your pipeline: a qualified reply (interested, meeting request or information request) and a booked meeting. The agent creates the opportunity or moves the existing one, and never moves a booked lead back.

What happens when the agent books a meeting?

With your GoHighLevel calendar connected, the agent offers free slots from it and books the appointment there, adding the lead as a contact. The thread is marked Meeting Scheduled and the opportunity moves to your booked stage.

I run an agency with many sub-accounts. How does that work?

Create one Underfive workspace per client and connect each client's GoHighLevel sub-account with its own API key. Each workspace has its own agents and stage mapping, and the Unified Inbox shows every client in one view. Seats are unlimited on every plan, and workspaces are unlimited on Agency.

Does Underfive replace GoHighLevel?

No. GoHighLevel stays your CRM and system of record. Underfive is the Unified Inbox where replies get answered, and it writes the outcome back to your pipeline.

Can I review replies before they go out?

Yes. Each reply category can auto-send or require approval. Replies that need approval wait in your queue, and you can approve them from the app, from Slack, or through the Underfive MCP connector. The pipeline updates when the reply is handled.

What does it cost?

Start with 50 free replies and no credit card. After that, plans are priced by agent credits and include unlimited team members, with workspaces from 1 on Professional to unlimited on Agency.
