Before You Start
You’ll need access to your cold email platform (Smartlead, Instantly, or similar) and about 5 minutes of focused time.
Step 1: Connect Your Platform
Head to the Integrations tab and select your email platform. Copy your webhook URL and paste it into your platform’s settings.
Step 2: Set Up Your Agent
Give your agent context about your business: what you sell, who you sell to, and how you want replies to sound.
Step 3: Configure Your Calendar
Connect Google Calendar or Cal.com so your agent can book meetings directly when leads show interest.
Step 4: Test It Out
Send yourself a test email and watch your agent respond. Tweak the tone until it sounds right.
